I like this always goes bang and not too messy. I would say get 124gr and up especially for comp'd guns, it runs the gun and locks back the slide better due to the larger force from the projectile/powder combo. 115gr are problematic but shoot softer. I always buy this brand first if they have it.

After getting this on my G45, I quickly ended up installing them on my G19 and G43x. I don't change springs or the entire kit, but the NP3 bar version is awesome on my compact and full size frames. The 43x I installed the shoe only. It helps me keep the gun square with a straight trigger pull, and with the light weight polymer, the trigger tension feels heavy enough to prevent an ND (unlike heavy aluminum replacement shoes which feel like you just pull through the wall). My personal favorite connector is the Ghost Patrol.
