Terrible quiver, terrible company.

Ballista Compact 4-Arrow Crossbow Quiver
I bought this quiver for my new crossbow. Looks nice on the face of it. It just doesn't hold my crossbow bolts. The rubber grips are too soft and flexible. I use mechanical broadheads, the don't dig into the foam. They just fall out. It has definite design flaws.
I wrote the company. Their response: "Please note our Crossbow Quiver – Fits 4 Arrows (5.5 mm-8.8mm)...After leraning information about PileDriver 20 Crossbow Bolts, it turns out that they are 8,84mm, I believe the quiver is not quite compatible with the bolts.
Also, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I'm very sorry; there is nothing we can do at this point."
I am not even sure how you make a rubber grip with such fine tolerances that a .04mm or half the width of a human hair.
