I finally jumped on the Vortex bandwagon, so they probably aren't cool anymore. I have been a Konus guy for a while now, so that is what I am comparing this to. Compared to my most equivalent Konus, the Vortex feels much less robust, even though it is only 1.5oz lighter. The glass is clear and I like the FFP. We'll see if it hold up to 6.5 Creed.

The Kaw Valley adjustable gas block does not include a set screw to ensure the adjustment screw doesn't move. Also, the adjustment screw is much too large of a diameter to give effective adjustment. There are much better designs out there. I got it cheap enough that it isn't really worth returning. I wish I could have better things to say about an American made product.

AGM is not clear on what accessories ship with this thermal. The clip on bracket for attaching the thermal to the front of a scope is NOT included. Which, is misleading as it is included in the picture of the thermal on the box. FYI, Burris thermal clip on accessories are much more affordable.
