These are standard USPSA/IPSC targets. Quality is good and Law Enforcement Targets are a licensed manufacturer for the targets. They're cardboard targets with perforations around the scoring zones on the brown side and just around the perimeter on the white side. They make a great target for practice whether you're practicing for personal defense or competition. When used with the the target pasters, they're pretty economical as you can just paste over the bullet holes and keep using the same target. Shipping was fast and although the box suffered a little in transit, none of targets were damaged. To be fair it was a large heavy box. I will order these again when I need more.
