VISM M-LOK Accessory Picatinny Rail
The rail itself is ok but the T nut are 1.5 mm ( Description from O,P dose not mention this ) I called the supplier and asked them about the proper T nut for other rails and was told "we do not offer anything else) so I had to grind down the T nuts to Fit.

Timney Triggers AR-15 Competition Trigger
these are the best ( in my opinion) triggers foe your AR15 platform nice and crisp no mile long creep like the stock triggers. I have them on all my AR's. If you have an AR I would highly recommend the Timney line of triggers.

I got the front & rear mounted easy, zeroed fast. and liked it so much I ordered a 2nd set for another build. I think these would be great for any AR build! And the price was right and NOT plastic stuff.
