High Quality tool. You will be very pleased with how this Torque Wrench feels and works. You might debate for a long time on weather to purchase and use a Torque wrench in your gun assembly but when you make the decision to buy this is one I would have at the top of my list.
Good product, rigid and well made. Does not lock in the horizontal movement axis. Is only made to lock in the vertical axis. Not a problem just information. Works well as a spotting scope platform. Easy to release item from the mount.
