This fit my WASR-10 nicely and makes the rifle SO much more comfortable to grip. It's more of a stipled plastic than "rubberized" but it still has a nice texture and a bit of a palm swell that instantly feels better than the stock Romy bakelite grip.
The only drawback is that the screw is slotted for a flathead, which is weird. Also I received the AA battery grip plug rather than the flat battery plug... kinda bummed about that since I'm running an American red dot and not a RU optic.
Overall a great, ergonomic addition to my rifle.

First off, please note that this kit DOES NOT come with the red box of Universal Shell Holders pictured in the photo!! The photo is actually just a collection of Lee products and is not 100 percent accurate in depicting what you will get!

My kit included: Challenger Press / Perfect Powder Measure / Scale / Hand Primer (the LEE Autoprime, which is not the one shown here) and autoprime shell holders / primer pocket cleaning and chamfer tools / Lee Value Quick Trim case trimmer crank (die not included) / Lee drill bit case trimmer / press primer attachments and spent primer tube / tube of Lee Case Lube.

I spent over an hour on the phone with Optics Planet and Lee Precision trying to get this figured out. If you look at the Lee website, the Breechlock Challenger kit photo there is consistent with what I did (and didn't) get, but one reason I ordered from Optics Planet was because I needed the Universal Shell Holder kit! OP finally admitted the mistake and sent me a free box of universal shell holders, which was super cool of them, but there's no excuse for a company advertising a kit as including items it does not- so, buyer beware, (and hopefully OP changes this photo so there's no more confusion!)

As far as the kit itself, I'm really happy overall. I'm a novice reloader, so I didn't want to get in over my head at first, and I'd say that this kit is perfect for starting out. The press seems beefy and I've thus far deprimed and sized about a hundred cases- it works smooth. Mak

Sturdier than i expected and it fit over my Korean-made AK 10 round kalifornia mags just fine. The first stripper clip will fit tight because of the paint in the grooves where it slides in, but after that the clips slide in pretty easily. Overall a good tool to have in your range kit for quicker mag loading and more shooting time.

I really wanted to like this forend. My SU-16 came with the stock bipod forend, which is ok, but i was hoping to be able to attach a Magpul bipod and / or flashlight to the rifle via the extra Picatinny rail with the compact forend. However, it just doesn’t fit tight enough to feel solid while shooting. This complaint has been shared elsewhere as well... and i agree with those who dislike the compact forend because it just doesn’t feel secure. And yes, i attached it correctly. It does look good, and it it was tighter it would be a great product, but i shouldn’t have to zip-tie a brand new forend together to make sure it doesn’t pry apart during recoil even with no weight on the rail. I love SU-16 but this just isnt the right forend.
