This would be great for a target gun. I put it in a carry snubby. I absolutely loved how the trigger felt after putting it in. The directions on their website made it quite easy. The problem came at the range. Due to time constraints, I just put 50 rounds downrange. I had one light primer strike in that box of 50. Part of the reason I use a snubby for EDC is because of reliability. If I want 1 out of 50 to not fire, I will go back to bottom feeders :-)
I put back the original mainspring. Still has a bit lighter trigger pull with the other springs. I have yet to test it for misfires, but I suspect that it will be fine. If not, I will put back the other original springs.

This is the second Mep I have put on a snubnose. Both are perfect. Small enough for easy draw. Great visibility in low light. I put it on my Ruger SP101 by myself. This one, I had a smith install. The pin for the front sight was smaller than any punch I (or my local hardware store) had. Rather than order one, I found that I could get it to the range more quickly by spending $25 at with my local smith. Well worth it.
