Was told it lined up with a sig Romeo 5. It does not. If you lower the elevation all the way it will. Directions say it had a riser plate. It does not. The Directions and wrenches that came with it do not match. Product seems pretty sound but will have to see after putting some rounds down range. My last one wouldn't hold up to a 762x39.

I've been shooting well over 40 years. My shots with this were not only drifting but an inch or two in every direction. I put the standard bird cage back on and my grouping 50 yards were on point. Yes I was using the same ammo. Do not recommend.

UTG Pro MP5 Handguard
It is a fine product but unless you are into your own smithing I don't suggest it for mp5 clones. Took a good bit of modifications but after that it fits great. Looks awesome and now I can mount my sig Romeo on it.
