Shop Fox 12in x 15in Benchtop Wood Lathe
Arrived undamaged in a timely manner and took about 15 minutes to set up and familiarize with it.
It's smooth, quiet, and the quality is good. The 3/4 hp 120v DC motor provides all the torque you'd expect. The tailpiece alignment was perfect right out of the box. All of the controls, their locations, and adjustments work for me just the way they are.
I did order the bed extension after this lathe was all set up; it arrived in about a week and it too was easily set up.
So far, I've been able to do everything I want on it and plan to buy another extension to do even more.
It's a dandy for what it costs.
