Ergo 2 AR15/AR10 Ambidextrous SureGrips Kits
Compared to my Magpul and generic AR grips, these are by far the most comfortable. The material the grip is made of feels quite nice in your hand, much better than the typical hard plastic. I can't speak to its long term durability, but for your typical shooter I would have to imagine they are plenty rugged. I'm not sure if this is typical, but mine did not ship with a grip screw, so make sure you have one on hand.

High Quality Lower Parts Kit

The kit is well organized and very easy to install. All parts were high quality. It contains everything except the actually trigger assembly, which is nice when you need everything but the trigger itself.
