I don't like writing bad reviews. This is really just to let people know the great experience I had with Optic's Planet on a return. I got the Alphawolf Glock 27 replacement barrel, dropped it in and went to the range. With Remington 180 grain FMJ it failed to feed approximately 70% of the attempts. When it did feed a round into the barrel I noticed the slide wasn't all of the way forward and had to bump it. I tried the hollow points I use and it jammed 100% of the time it tried to cycle. I sent it back expecting to be told that I had to go through the manufacturer. This is my everyday carry and I didn't want to try another. To my great suprise I had a store credit within 3-4 days of Optic's Planet receiving the return. No questions or pushback. I've already used the credit to purchase a new scope.
