Just what I needed.
EZ to set and repeatable readings.
It gives you peace of mind knowing you did not mess up a expensive scope by over torquing the rings.

I like it for shooting off a bench, no fumbling around with your hands.
I do not think it is a good idea for a battle rifle but for prone or bench shooting it works fine.

I love this thing. Easy to mount. It was dead on at 100 yards vertically and 3 inches to the right. This was the fastest I have ever mounted and zeroed a scope. Nice and clear optic. The mount is sturdy. It is a little heavy. The dial from 1-8 is stiff. In the sun you do not need to turn on the power. I like the horseshoe dot. Sig did a good job and a quality build for the money. My ar is a budget rifle with a 1/7 twist barrel. I have shot several sub 1 inch groups with it at 100 yards. This scope compares to scopes at $200 more. Get one you will not be disappointed.
