Best, budget polymer hunting chassis
Written on Apr 16, 2026
I have to post a review just because the one star was to be nice that guys an idiot, and probably shouldn't be changing out chassis himself. That guy just needs to go to a gunsmith and have that them new things. Chassis works great. You need a AICS mags. I never used it for a hunting chassis, I actually learned long range precision shooting in this chassis with a Ruger American that at shot sub MOA with the factory barrel and match factory ammo 140gn. Best $500 I ever spent on a gun. I think I paid like $300 for the rifle and like $200 for the chassis. This was obviously back in the day pricing.

Competition training ammo on a budget! Almost all made in the USA components.
Written on Dec 06, 2025
Even though these are reloads, they are only reloads in the fact that the brass has been fired once. The company does an amazing quality control job and the ammo functions like new. Through a properly tuned pistol or PCC for competition. You don't get much better than this. If you're looking for standard training ammo that will work with all your 9mm, don't get the 124 grain or the 147s get their normal 115s or the PCC ammo. I've had no issues with these in factory handguns or PCC's. Their 124s and 147s need to be used with a suppressor or a tuned pistol in most cases. For those that are unaware, that means that you probably need to get a lower powered guide rod spring for your pistol or on a PCC play with the buffer weight.
Also this is probably the only ammunition company that can truly say they make their ammo in the USA because they use almost all USA made components. For these reloads obviously the brass may not be made in the USA. From what I understand, I think the only thing that's not sourced from a USA company is the primer and their sources. If they don't have it in house, use raw materials that were acquired in the USA. I wish all of our ammunition companies were like this. Unfortunately we have very few American owned ammo companies anymore and most ammo made in the US source their materials from overseas.

Buyer's beware, mount failed after 400 rounds and the company won't cover the replacement.
Written on Dec 31, 2019
The mount this thing comes with is cheap. The screws stripped out the mount after about 400 rounds through my ar9. I reached out to the company to have them send me another mount and they told me i would have to pay for shipping because I didn't buy it directly from their website. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the optic still works. At these prices just buy from a company that will back their products like vortex.

Great price but cut wrong for dust cover.
Written on Jul 21, 2019
Demo model is a great price and has a good nib finish, the one I received looked brand new. Just be aware that your dust cover won't work as the relief cut is to shallow for it to close. If you are looking for a good deal this is it.

Good scope that still needs some tweaks
Written on Dec 07, 2017
Ive only had a chance to use the scope once the day it came in and it was pretty solid, but lets just say its not new user friendly. My main complaint is I found myself entering a lot ballistic data by hand but once dialed in it worked well and held zero. One other annoying thing is that both the scope and the infrared light both slowly drain the batteries even when off also you will need a battery pack the scope kills AA. With that said I was impressed by how well the nigh vision and HD record worked. I got it on a good deal so as long as it stays zero I dont think you can find a scope with all the same features for as good a price. I will post follow up review if necessary.
