Garmin GPSMAP 66i Handheld GPS
How can they call this a sat phone when you need an additional phone to use it. Want to use GPS feature...wait you need a PC to load maps. Want weather ..ohh that's bugged and need a phone to sync to get it. Want to register it but don't want to pay right away the sub..wait that cant be done. You can stop paying AFTER they required you to pay at least a month when you register it. It's a good idea but seems rushed and I honestly believe it's going to be hit with a class action l;awsuit..too many features advertised but wont independently work ...if you buy it make sure you take a laptop/cell phone on the hike or you wont be able to use Garmin 66i features
