I purchased this to use on my moms Equalizer and so far, it has performed well with 100+ rounds through it at the range. The glass is clear and the dot is bright enough for her to see and shoot well. My only complaint is the need for a tiny allen key to make the elevation and windage adjustments, which they provide. But if you don't have the tool on you, you're S.O.L. Budget optics are often overlooked by the "big" GunTubers as they frequently recommend flashy big name things most people just can't afford. You don't need to 4-7 bills on a quality optic, especially if you're not jumping out of helicopters in a warzone.

Good, not great

I love the eye relief and the reticle with bdc for my 7.62x39 ar. My only complaint is the illumination switch not having an off setting between each brightness setting. I have a Swampfox lpvo which was about the same price and it has that feature. As does my 3-18 Primary Arms SLx scope. Something to think about for the next version.
