Priceless Investment!!
Written on Apr 30, 2024
I’ve had it for a 2 weeks now. I use it everyday. With the cost of ammo it will pay for itself in a couple months.
I was doing a lot of dry fire before I had it but who’s to say I wasn’t practicing and developing bad habits. With the Mantis you find out in real time what you’re doing wrong or right and you’re able to correct it. I have taken a shooting class to learn grip and site alignment etc.
By having the Mantis it expands on the lesson I took. After using the Mantis at home for practice. I did use it at the range for live fire. My first couple mags I had the Mantis attached but not on. I wanted to see if it actually helps. I can tell you it did! My groups are much tighter with the occasional oops shot.
I bought the Mantis X so I have all the options pistol, shot gun and bow. Maybe I won’t use them but there isn’t much of a difference in price to have the other options. I’m using the Mantis X on an Sig P365xl and a Glock 17 Gen5.
