I own several of these and have installed many more. They come with shim, there's a predrilled hole if the device needs to be pinned. Using Rocksett or high temp loctite I have logged thousands of rounds on these devices with no failures or shortcomings. 3 prong design does a decent job at reducing flash signature.

Geissele Super Charging Handle
Works well when gripped from either and both tabs and has a small lip that helps mitigate some gas blow back. I've ran this handle through several carbine courses and much abuse without failure.

HOG 13100 AR15 15D VERTICAL GRIP BLK
I have small hands so anything felt better than an A2 grip for me. I’ve worked my way through almost all popular grips over the years from the Magpul K to the SL and when I found B5 P22 I thought I met my match. I picked up the 15° Hogue on a whim and I’m glad I did. It’s featureless and slim which is perfect for my application. People could stipple it more or add grip tape if they need it more aggressive but I believe Hogue textured the grip with the minimal approach in mind.
