Vest is very well made, but it is heavy and large. Would hold a large plate maybe a 12 by 16?
Not for a medium frame person. Material seems durable but is a little stiff. Should become more flexible with use. Lots and lots of Velcro almost too much so you can attaché almost anywhere on the vest. I would recommend the vest to a strong large frame person.
