Best RMR sight on the market right now. Love the self adjusting brightness, clear sight window and choice of single dot vs bullseye reticle. It does hang out in front of the footprint, similar to the SRO, which may be an issue if the ejection port is close to the RMR mount. The only thing that could make this thing perfect is if it was a closed emitter. Perhaps Trijicon will do an RCR HD in the future.

Wasn’t too sure about this thing at first, but it’s designed specifically for the MP5 magazine and makes loading and unloading an absolute breeze. Just requires moving lever back or forth for each round. My only regret is not getting one sooner.

I have an M16-A1 with the standard Colt fire control group that has worked fine for years. I’ve never owned any Geissele products because I thought they like some of those other boutique brands out there that are far more expensive than they’re really worth. At the same time I also never thought I had an option to upgrade to something that offered the smooth and crisp trigger pull of some of the drop-in trigger groups (Timney, Rise) that live in a few if my AR-15’s. But after hearing repeated reviews of how well the Geissele triggers were working in the HK416, I figured I’d give the SSF trigger a shot once I found one for a decent price. And the verdict - worth every penny. Very smooth, clean trigger break, doesn’t feel like 4.5 lbs, and otherwise functions flawlessly. Definitely recommend for any registered receiver weapons out there.
