Works great and looks great. Installation is very easy and simple. However, it does not work with California’s loaded chamber indicator. That will need to be removed in order for the barrel to fit. I wish they made a barrel that allowed this to work. Recoil reduction is significant. Comparing it with the X macro comp it definitely has less recoil than the X macro comp, however if I already had the X macro, I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s probably not worth the cost for the slight improvement.

Great addition to my pistol. Looks great with excellent quality build. Shoots very flat and very easy to control with a small grip, I have a Juggernaut Tactical Grip on mine, and the the combo is very nice. This shoots flatter and is more controllable than the X-Macro comp. Not by a lot, but definitely noticeable. Be aware, this barrel will not work with a P365 California Pistol slide with the LCI installed, and Radian told me they are not planning on making a barrel for the LCI at this time. Radian suggest getting a plug from Lurch Manufacturing, they shipped very fast and it cost around $16.00 plus tax and shipping. There is a small gap in the side of the barrel that does allow for you to see a cartridge in the chamber with works well enough. Love the addition and it is highly recommended. So far, no issues with feeding, but I have not shot it a lot yet.
