Problem installing door on TLR-2 HL

I purchased a TLR-2 HL light and wanted to install it with a tape switch on my rifle. You have to change out the existing battery door on the light to this door in order to use the tape switch. The problem is changing out the door! I could not get the old door off and after calling Streamlight they told me I need to send the light and new door to them and they would install the new battery door and return the light to me. Turn around time with shipping approx 2 weeks. There was no mention of having to send in an existing light in order to install this battery door. So keep that in mind prior to making your purchase.

Not necessary if purchasing a tape switch

Product is good and would rate 5 stars, but I ordered it to install the tape switch that I ordered at the same time. The tape switch came with the clips, so I did not need these. I will be returning the one set of clips.
