Bought this for a ultralight build for my wife. The 15 inch feels sturdy and is very light, lighter than some more expensive ultra light handguards. The barrel nut torqued and installed without needing shims. The finish is smoothe.

Just a good handguard

This is not the prettiest handguard, but I have liked it more than some I paid 2-3x more. It has a very user friendly barrel nut, the retention screws are simple, and the tabs that lock into the upper make lining up the rail very easy. The shape is feels very good in the hand, somewhat oblong on the bottom. The only con is the rough finish, there are visible tool marks as though it was not polished after milling that are visible through the finish.

Got this for an AR pistol build. It is a functional handguard, but the mounting was challenging. Be prepared to buy extra barrel extension shims. This type of barrel nut can be a real pain to work with, torquing and lining up the retention screws can be labor intensive.

Just a great trigger.

I bought this trigger to go into a completion rifle I was building to replace a duty trigger I already had in it. I will not besmirch the other trigger, but this is a great trigger. The take up is smoothe, it breaks clean without any over travel (that I can detect), and the reset is very tactile. Without hyperbole, by just changing to this trigger, I went from 2-3 MOA groups to 1-2. It makes me look like a better shooter than I am.
