Definitely go with the Pro

Looks great, solid quality and clearly well built. The M22 Pro is simply the base model with the add on light module kit and I highly suggest buying the Pro with it already on.
The issue and only gripe I’ve found is the washout when aiming from a darker area to a brighter area such as inside a dimly lit area to sunny outside or inside aiming down to an area illuminated by the weapon light without using the added feature of the light module kit on the Pro or the add on polarizer. If using this optic for law enforcement/tactical purposes, the M22 base model just isn’t going to do it because of this washout in those situations which is highly disappointing.
It looks and adjusts great if not challenged by these scenarios without the add on light module. But I would have expected better for the base model illumination being Mepro and the price point. I have a Holosun EPS auto adjusting red dot that handles those conditions perfectly so not sure why Mepro missed the mark on the base model.
The light module kit on the Pro does remedy this though. I also got the add on Polarizer/Flash Kill kit and it has its uses in certain situations and does help with washout if not using the light module kit feature but Pro is definitely worth the little bit of extra money.
