Pelican Gun Case

Love the case! It was recommended to me by a friend who had one and ships his guns around the country. It is solidly constructed and I easily customize it to fit my scoped Ruger Precision Rifle. I think Pelican case reputation speaks for itself without a lengthy review. Those that have them will continue to buy them. Those that don't have them don't know what they are missing. The one negative in all of this was Optic Plant's free shipping. It took forever to be delivered.

I would be happy to write a review on this, but I haven't received it yet. I have other Blackhawk holster similar to this one so I would expect this one to be like the others. I found the others to be very functional and provide the level of security for the weapon I am looking for at a price I am will to pay. OpticsPlant has by far the best pricing on this product.

I haven't had a opportunity to use this yet, but the product arrived on schedule and in good condition. It does appear that it will do the job that I purchased it for. I guess I will know more when I receive my Vortex Golden Eagle Scope. They are currently on back order since the demand for this new scope is so high. It may be a while.

This is a excellent gun case; however for me it was to narrow for the gun I needed it for (scoped ruger precision rifle). I attempted to use it on one of my 3 scoped AR10 or AR15, but found that it was once again too narrow. Hated that, but it was a fact so I had to return it for a store credit which I am still waiting on as of this date (Sep 3). I have no doubt it will appear since OpticPlant said it could take 7 to 10 business days to show up. No problem. At any rate I would recommend this case, but just make sure you know the size of what you are going to put in it first. I felt somewhat stupid trying to figure it out after the fact. Live and learn!!

I haven't had a chance to mount this yet, but it looks well constructed and comes highly recommended. I plan on mounting it on a new Ruger Precision Rifle, 6.5 Creedmoor I have purchased recently. I have ordered a Vortex HD Golden Eagle scope to mount in it, but they will not be available I am told before September. I will provide more comments once all the mounting of the scope is complete, but I have not question that this mount is work just fine.

Easy to mount and adjust since it required no additional adjustment. I have only shot with it once and after re-zeroing the rifle. It provides the right level of magnification I was looking for at a 100 yards. I would recommend the product.

This is a great scope for the money. This is my second Vortex scope and it works great. It is equal to the PST scope that I purchased earlier. Like others that have ordered from Optic Plant I have found that their shipping promise fall short of their promised delivery date. They promised two day it took five. It didn't matter that much to me since I wasn't in a hurry for the scope, but if you are you may need to look at how you want it shipped. At any rate I love the scope.
