Lee loaders are simple but are an easy way to get into reloading. The Lee Loader only neck sizes, so only shoot the loads in the rifle that the brass was fire formed in. There are a lot of folks that use the Lee dippers, but I recommend getting a powder scale to accurately measure powder.
