Great add on to the Springfield Armory Hellion for CA compliant rifles. It looks like it was originally designed that way. Its way better than using the featureless grip with fin that comes with the rifle and doesnt interfere with any manipulation of the mag or bolt release.
Upon installation, it felt natural to hold the rifle this way. Sure, it doesn't look as aesthetically appealing, but it definitely gets the job done with full control.
