Best compact red dot for the money

Have a few of these on a variety of guns (pistols, shotguns, rifles) and have never had any issues with them holding zero.

Great solution is you want to put an RMR style red dot on a shotgun or levergun that you still want to be able to quickly switch to just shooting with irons. Got this to mount a Holosun on a lever gun, and it works great. I like being able to pop it off and go back to irons for that old school feel.
Decent Optic but not for price point

Gideon Optics Omega Red Dot Reflex Sights
For the price point, the Gideon optic is really fuzzy, and feels cheap over all. Considering you can get the Holosun HS407C at the same price point and it has a crisp 2 MOA dot, solar back up, and overall better construction, you should spend your money there. I ended up returning this one and getting the Holosun.
