Bought this bag specifically for my S&W 5.56 It fits perfectly, live the material it's made of and like having all the magazine pouches on the outside. I also like having an ID tag pouch but wish they would have given you a blank one to fill out. Also, there are no inside straps to hold your AR securely but the fit is tight enough that you really don't have to worry about it. I would definitely buy this again or buy it as a gift for someone.
