Ordered this in July to have in time for August birthday. Received product in August. Looked nice, but light did not match the picture on the box nor the instructions. However, it fit my firearm properly and I liked how it functioned...so no real issue there. Trouble started when I tried to sight in the laser. Laser install was so far out of alignment, the adjustment screws could not bring the point of aim within range of the line of sight of the firearm. I tried to call OpticsPlanet and they said that their response time was several weeks due to COVID - per automated message. Then tried calling Steiner for warranty work...their promised turnaround was quicker, so I sent it to them. Customer service person at Steiner was not professional and expressed skepticism regarding the issue I was having. Still, I sent it in with the prepaid label they provided and received an email confirmation in September that the product was received. The email also noted that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to work through their backlog. It is now December, and I still do not have my light back. Very frustrating and disappointing.
