The ear tips constantly lose seal and/or fall out in the middle of shooting. The seal is poor and never seals adequately. It's worse than having no ear protection at all because you don't know just when they will lose seal or fall out in the middle of a group of shooters and you are suddenly without protection. Every time I use them at the range my ears ring for the rest of the day. Even when they are sealed it's almost like not having any protection. I don't know how they sell these and claim they are for range use. I contacted the factory and they suggested I find other ear tips but gave me no suggested appropriate alternatives. The 3mm tips are almost impossible to find - and none claim to be useable as a range hearing protector. Totally completely disgusted with these. Caldwell should stick to selling range gear (I am a very satisfied customer of other Caldwell products) and stay away from things that cause hearing damage.
