Lots of high quality padding and a great tension mechanism in the back that you twist to tighten, really helps get a good secure fit. The helmet also was in pristine condition, quite literally the only blemish I could find was the manufacture sticker on the inside had a wrinkle in it. It also came with a carry sack and 4 Velcro stickers for patches so you can customize where you want your patches. Worth the money.
