RE Factor Tactical Pistol IQ Shooting Target
I ordered 25 sheets of two different me from the same company.
I was notified that they would ship between 16-28 days from the date of my order.
When they never came, I called!
Only then to find out that the materials will not ship until June 7/8.
I needed these targets for a club shoot on June 8th.
I ordered these items in early May, so as to have them in plenty of time to flatten them for range competition.
My disappointment is multiple. 1) NO one notified me of the delay( I could have ordered different targets). 2. No one is concerned that a supplier is that delinquent in providing materials in a timely manner.
I'll go back to Amazon, where their customer service is more customer focused. You did not just disappoint me, but all the other members that were shooting competitively.
