Review for
Cloud Defensive OWL LED Weaponlight
I have to echo the other negative review I see here for this product. It has nothing to do with the light, which itself is great, but what Opticsplanet depicts on their page as being what you get. The light is the same. The pelican-style case is nowhere to be found, nor is the nicer charger with a display screen. In their stead, you get a cheap off-brand charger (not Cloud Defense) with little to indicate charging is done other than flashing lights, and no hard case, just a cardboard box.
I was expecting to get what is depicted, but no. Opticsplanet gave me an unsatisfactory and generic answer regarding my grievance about this, having spent a $431 premium after tax on it. Basically, it was a poor excuse blaming the manufacturer:

If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, you can always reach out to us via telephone, live chat, or email and we will be happy to investigate further for you."
So that means that you must pre-emptively investigate each product to make sure what is depicted is what you get before your order. Pretty crazy. Not my job, frankly. It's yours, Opticsplanet. Due diligence on expensive units seems like a no-brainer, a
