There are fancier ones, cheaper ones and more expensive ones.
THESE LAST THE LONGEST both in the short run and the long run

You do use up batteries but usually don't have to change them during an event.

Just be careful and take the batteries out when not using them--I did see one ruined by leaky old batteries.
