First off the finish is honestly just terrible. Whatever they used to put the finish on is not holding up at all.
The accuracy is solid which is an obvious plus. I wouldn’t say it’s better than stock by any means though.
Thirdly I feel like my recoil spring does not sit as nicely on the barrel as it did on the stock barrel. I field stripped the guns every couple of magazines to check the condition of the barrel and noticed the recoil spring was very close to falling off to the second notch on the barrel.
I’m glad I spent the money to try it out but I regret not spending a little more money on a better barrel.

apex is the absolute best

I can’t say enough about these triggers. My first trigger swap (full kit) was for my m&p shield 9mm and it improved the trigger by an astronomical amount.
I recent swapped the trigger on my 19x due to the blade being uncomfortable and the amount of slack and lack of a crisp break was getting to me.
I did a full kit (trigger shoe, trigger bar, and trigger disconnect) and it made a solid difference. Very crisp break with a little take up, and the reset is short and pronounced. Live fire compared to dry firing is even better.

perfect thread protector

Simple and affordable. I currently have this on my Glock 19X and my Taurus TX22. Gives it a nice clean look whole also serving the purpose of protecting my threads from being damaged. 10/10 recommend

So far this barrel seems of decent quality. The finish isn’t amazing by any means but for the price it’s not awful. I ordered the barrel with the strike industries thread protector.
Seems to rub off the finish very quick where the slide contacts the barrel. I will give updates once I get more rounds through it.
