Huge and difficult draw

Using this for a 43x w TRL7 sub. The profile is huge, looks like it’s made for multiple fits and not trimmed back for the 43x w trl. Has almost 1” of overhang last the muzzle and should be trimmed to fit. Also the relief for the iron sights is as tall as the rmr and for an iwb I cannot figure out why? On top of the massive print size, the draw is difficult at best, have to rock the frame backwards and a significant pull to draw the weapon. They make a bunch of claims about being “custom” but this is not custom by any means. They also suggest “holster lube” if difficult to draw which tells me they know it’s not smooth. I have also adjusted the tension screws but that does not fix the need to rock the pistol to release and only makes it rattle inside the holster. I am returning this and finding another option.

Geissele 9.3in Super Modular Rail M-LOK MK14
Used the Mk14 9.3” on my MK18 19.3” build and it is perfect. Make sure you’re using a mil spec upper receiver for the side set screw or you’ll need to modify and remove them. It’s also a smaller ID for the gas block so the JP adjustable I had hoped to run was a bit too big to fit but the aero adjustable fit well w no issues.

Yes I would suggest these, reason for 4 of 5 starts is that the tension slotting for these is just massive and they do not tighten up until the last 3/4 turn of the set screw and without any info from DD about that they “seemed” to be out of spec at first but they are not. Once you get them to the very end of the tension they are rock solid. Wouldnt hurt for DD to add a few notes about it. Installed on Geissle set up so the rails are in spec also.
