After having a rock solid Eagle tac G25C2 for several years, I was skeptical of this, or any, new light. After I became accustomed to the 2 button interface on this one, I had no doubt that this is one fantastic little light! The moonlight setting is great for just getting around in the dark, and the turbo setting lights things up like daylight. The strobe is good as a defensive tool. The optional remote pressure switch is a dual function switch as well. The charging port is very nice, and it’s convenient, but I still recommend having a backup battery for heavy use. The only drawback is the holster. The bottom of the holster is soft, and if you bump the light accidentally, it turns on the turbo setting, which gets hot quickly, and will drain your battery. I remedied this problem by reinforcing the bottom of the holster with a stiffer piece of fabric sewn on the bottom of the holster. Overall an excellent light!
