Great Alternative to the Original

These Xs front sight have been installed on my three Taurus revolvers. It only takes about five minutes to drift the pin out, wipe out the sight groove,place a small amount of loctite( if you prefer), and drift the pin back in, you’re done. They come in three flavors, orange,green, or yellow. I’m thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.

This makes my third purchase of these sights for my various Taurus revolvers. They are of the pinned variety and take less than 10 minutes to replace and install. They sure make for a better sight picture than the original that comes pre installed. Xs make some of the best sights on the market today. I’m very happy with these sights.
Nice Sights for Your Taurus 856

I purchased these Xs sight for my Taurus 856ul. The fit and finish is excellent. The sight received came with a packet of gun oil and a small tube of red loctite, everything you need all in one package. The sight is pinned in, I used a 1/16 roll punch, tapped it out cleaned the area out and added small amount of the loctite, tapped the pin back in and done in less than 10 minutes.
The sights will work on other Taurus models, I have ordered two more for my other 856 and a 650. A great product at a good price. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
