I’ve tried a lot of unsatisfactory off the shelf leather holsters, but kept hearing good things about the combat master. So, since a 686 would look weird in kydex (and I didn’t want to wait months for a Kramer), I decided to give it a go, and it’s pretty perfect. It holds the gun high and tight allowing me to conceal a 3” 686 under a t shirt. It absolutely disappears under a light jacket or vest. It’s comfortable all day, and based on reputation, I assume it’ll stay that way for years to come.
