Full disclosure, I have to return this since I didn't read that it is an Extra Small size. However, I was blown away by how well made and strong this bag is. The bag itself is very well padded and has a nice luxuriously soft interior. The zippers are very strong. Most importantly for me is the handles use a very sturdy and stiff material. Our old bag fell apart so easily and ripped in multiple places on the handle so this is important for us. I will be reordering this bag in a larger size (this time measuring and reading first!).
