Don't know about ares 4-4 but I have the ares 2-4 and it failed after < 10 hours. Sent email to ATN asking for help. They acknowledged receite but has been over a week and no response. Customer service is lacking at best. Called and tech stated it was discontinued and wouldn't work on it. 1 yr out of warranty. Go figure!!
