This adapter is easy to install and makes it much easier to take your bino's on and off tripod that other styles. If i have one gripe about the system....it still could secure the glasses more snuggly in windy conditions.
Rings are simple, light, solid and mounted with minimal lapping required. I think these will be the standard ring for all new rifle purchases. I like not having to deal with bases and I have a hard time believing that their strength will ever be challenged.
