Primary Arms SLx 3X Micro Prism
Seriously can’t think of one negative thing to say. Shake awake, long battery life, diopter adjustment for my bad eyesight, very lightweight, .25 moa adjustments, excellent field of view, sharp picture, large eye box, great build quality, comes with multiple mounting options, and the price is very reasonable. The exit pupil and eye relief are better than expected, not a problem whatsoever. I put this on a lightweight small game rifle, it’s perfect. I’ll definitely be buying more of these. Optics planet doing their part as always too, and got it to me fast.

I actually used this on an FX Dreamline Airgun, that I’m trying to make as light as possible. Fits form over the milspec tube. Light. There’s not a lot of material obviously making it very light, but it still feels durable

Amend2 6.5 PRC 3 Round Rifle Magazine
I hated the twang sound of the AICS magazines. While I didn’t have any major issues with AICS I wanted a polymer. This magazine is great. Rounds chamber smoother, and it’s silent. The spring setup is really well done. No rocking back and forth when chambering or loading ammunition. I’m buying another. If Amend made a larger one I’d buy that too. It engages into the magwell of my Christensen MPR 6.5 PRC really well too.

what’s not to like

Great glass, solid build, turrets that instill confidence when making adjustments. There isn’t another scope on the market in this price range with a 10x zoom and a reticle this useful. There are similar spec’d scopes that cost 2-3 times as much but for what I’m going to use this for the Ares ETR is perfect. I have this scope mounted to a PCP airgun that I use for plinking and squirrel hunting.
I own 6 Athlon scopes. 3 - ARES ETR’s, 2 - Helos BTR G2, and an Argos 6-24. For what I do there’s no way I’m going to spend double or triple for the same performance.

all around great

Glass is clear. Can spot impacts on steel targets out to 550 yards. Turrets are solid and repeatable. Reticle is great, has a lot of functionality. It’s not heavy and has a nice short footprint. Price is very competitive considering other options out there. Not a lot to dislike. I own two and use them on my hunting rifles.
