Review for
Primary Arms 1-8 x 24mm LPVO Rifle Scope
This scope has some nice features and very clear glass. Mine is mounted on an AR with an 18” barrel chambered in 223 wylde and is part of a system that holds 1moa with factory loads (10 round validation, not “poser” 3 round checks). I’ve run the system out to 600 yards and had no problem scoring hits, and have run it dialed to 1x on bay-style competition arrays. I was satisfied in all scenarios.. Decent eye box on 1x and good brightness clarity at 8x. It’s a little heavy, but so are most of the other contenders in this space.
Why 4 stars:
Glass a tad blurry at edges at 8x (but why would you try to look through the edges?)

True 1x power with a generous eye box, crisp 6x at long range, and still only 16oz!

I’ve been running this scope through its paces for 8 months now, and am thrilled with it. Helped me to the podium in a couple of matches including a 5k run and fun. It is capable of going from a CQC-style stage to a 600 yard stage without a problem. Whether you are a hunter or competitor, you’ll love the light weight. The scope has taken a pounding from me, including more than 50 miles of running, rucking, rain, and mud. It’s backed Leupold’s excellent guarantee. They will also send you a customized elevation knob after you get your dope! Super handy.
