WARNING!!! It will jam your gun!!

I've purchased this set of springs hoping to reduce the recoil on my Walther P99AS. Not only it made absolutely no difference in the amount of recoil but one of the springs jammed my gun. The slide was locked so bad I couldn't release it myself and had to call the range officer to help me with that.
Unfortunately, the return window had expired so I couldn't return it. I contacted the manufacturer hoping to get a service. The manufacturer had promised a full refund but never followed up on his promise. They just stopped answering my emails.
To sum it up: this thing doesn't work, the customer service is nonexistent and don't even think about using it in a self-defense firearm because it can seriously jam your gun.
