Originally purchased this red dot sight and mounted it on the pistol. Once mounted, I noticed what many have noticed. The rear glass had glue overspill to the point that it looked like a protective film. I decided to return the dot to avoid the distraction it would have caused.

I ordered a second dot which didn't have the glue overspill. The dot was on the pistol for a week or so and it worked fine. One day the dot suddenly stoped working. The battery lid was removed, new battery and still no change. When the lid was pressed or light pressure applied, it would make the dot intermittently turn on and off. Needless to say, this dot was also returned.

I would need a significant discount to try this dot for a third time. The experience with two units that weren't even used on the range is kinda disappointing. Two stars because it looks great.
