Light is unreliable, was able to attach light I to mod light pressure pad and worked for the first few presses then when pressing the light it would immediately dim and then later turn off. Was able to send back to surefire to get fixed worked for a few days and then would flicker and turn off. Batteries and connections were checked not sure what the issue is. Thought this was a random bad Apple, bought the dual fuel scout pro the beam when compared to the mini was staggeringly low even though the light is more than double the lumens. Used a fully charged battery and two new cr123’s still the same light output, would be effective at 7yards but anything after that I’d a stretch. The olight these lights were replacing had zero malfunctions oddly enough and is the only light currently working, would need to buy a third surefire to get a more accurate sample size but im not willing to buy another light that is not functional outside of the box unfortunately.
