Weaver T series 24 x 40 scope
Written on Feb 21, 2018
Very High quality. Nice touch is screw in lens protectors. I had read reviews about this scope and several had complained about how fine the X hairs and dot are. Figured they cannot be that fine; they are. Definitely a target scope and I would not recommend for hunting (which is fine by me as I bought it for a target scope.) If I had it to do over, I would probably get the medium X hairs plus 1/4 " dot; assuming they have such a thing.

Weaver Scope
Written on Feb 18, 2018
I bought a Weaver 4 x 28 scope recently and am very pleased with the quality. I took a chance and bought a Weaver 3x9 AO classic rimfire because it is made in Japan. I could have bought several other brands such a Vortex and Leupold which I have several models of each for less but was curious about the Weaver. Noteworthy is the Weaver is airgun rated which means it should stand up to any calibre as airguns are tough on scopes. Since I also shoot airguns, this was a plus. What a pleasant surprise. The scope is high quality and the optics are very good. Weaver may turn out to be my go to brand from now on.
