The threaded barrel was a bit more expensive than the standard Threaded barrels, but it is perfectly machined and looks really good on my Ruger pistol. Honestly, it was the only one I could find that was available. All the others were sold out and on back order. The price included shipping, and that helped. The thread adapter is very minimal, so it doesn't look odd with the suppressor. Overall I'm very happy with it.
